New Hampshire legalized sports betting in 2019, using a bidding process that resulted in DraftKings obtaining an effective monopoly. In 2023, lawmakers proposed a similar approach to online casino gaming. However, an amendment removed slots from the bill, creating a very limited proposal for online table games which failed to pass. Fortunately, New Hampshire is one of a few states with an online instant lottery, providing residents with a decent alternative.
