Players collect Loyalty Points to climb the ranks to earn rewards such as Bonus Store Access, Birthday Bonuses, and Priority Customer Support. The more players play, the higher the loyalty level they can achieve and the bigger rewards they can earn.

An average of the Loyalty Level Points you earned between 31 and 60 days ago will drop from your account daily and be replaced by the points you earn that day. Every Loyalty Level Point you earn is entirely yours for 30 days, but you have to keep up your activity to keep the loyalty level earned.

Tiers are baked into the loyalty levels, as shown by the Gold, Platinum, and Black backgrounds in the table above. These offer additional benefits, including Anniversary Bonuses, Exclusive Bonus Store Items, Priority Withdrawals, and more.
