Egyptian Magic and other popular Bragg Gaming titles are coming to Espace Jeux, Québec’s only locally-regulated online gambling platform, thanks to a deal between Bragg and the provincial lottery, Loto-Québec. The agreement allows Loto-Québec to offer Bragg’s exclusive content, marking the latter’s expansion into its second Canadian province after entering Ontario—where they also work with partners like Caesars Palace, PlayOJO, SlotsMagic, and Spin Genie.

According to the deal, Loto-Québec players will have access to Bragg’s exclusive online casino content—including games from in-house studios Atomic Slot Lab and Indigo Magic. The Québec operator will access the content through Bragg’s Remote Games Server technology, delivered by its HUB platform.

Bragg says the agreement supports its strategic goals by accelerating the use of its exclusive and proprietary content. The deal also allows it to diversify revenue through expansion into new North American markets.

In the release, Garrick Morris, Bragg’s senior vice president of commercial operations for Canada and the US, said the company anticipates deepening the nascent relationship.

It’s fantastic to see Bragg’s content expand into our second Canadian province. Loto-Québec is a strategic partner, and we are excited to see our proprietary games as well as exclusive content from our partners live and available to Loto-Québec players. We look forward to developing our relationship as a key supplier to Loto-Québec as we continue the roll-out with regular new game releases planned.

We’ve enjoyed strong growth in North America over the past 12 months and I am pleased to further support this momentum with this successful launch in Québec. I would like to thank the Loto-Québec and Bragg teams for making this happen.

Espace Jeux gets boost from popular Bragg titles

Though its catalogue contains hundreds of games, Bragg’s most lasting success has been Egyptian Magic, developed by Atomic Slot Lab. Caesars even commissioned a customized version of the slot to cross-promote its Lady Luck retail casino chain at Caesars Palace Online Casino.

Egyptian Magic pairs one of the most common slot themes with tried-and-tested hold-and-spin mechanics yet manages to keep the genre fresh with one little twist.

It’s a 5×3 reel game with special “Orb” symbols that can appear randomly, each with a cash value attached. Landing six of these in a single spin triggers the hold-and-spin collection round. During this, you’ll keep spinning the reels to gather more orbs until you go three spins without adding to your total. Filling the grid awards the jackpot.

That much is standard, but the twist is that the orbs come in two colours. You want the purple ones because special booster orbs add value to all purple orbs already in the grid. It’s one more thing you can hope for during the late stages when the grid is nearly complete.

“Egyptian Magic” scatter symbols also trigger a free spins bonus feature. During free spins, you’ll win the prizes corresponding to any orbs that land on the reels, even if you don’t get enough to trigger the hold-and-respin feature.

In addition to Atomic Slot Lab and Indigo Magic, other studios in Bragg’s in-house arsenal include Spin Games, Oryx Gaming, and Wild Streak Gaming.

Other sought-after Bragg titles from that stable of studios include:

  • Fortune Babies
  • Mighty Marlin
  • Congo Cash
  • Wolf Run Gold
  • Royal Fortunes
  • Triple Jewels
  • Fruit Lines
  • Paradise Ticket

Loto-Québec brings players dynamic new experiences

In addition to the in-house content, the deal will allow Québecers to access titles from multiple content providers through the Powered by Bragg program. Bragg’s content partners include several studios, including King Show Games, Bluberi, Incredible Technologies, and Sega Sammy Creation.

As a bonus, all content delivered via the Bragg HUB comes with its Fuze promotional tools. Fuze makes it easier for operators like Loto-Québec to boost player engagement through free rounds, tournaments, jackpots, and quests.

François Hardy, Loto-Québec’s senior director of product and innovation, said Bragg’s offering will give players new and dynamic experiences.

At Loto-Québec, we are always looking for new and exciting ways to entertain our players. Bragg perfectly aligns with this vision, enabling us to provide a refreshing and dynamic experience to our players.
