Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto and GGPoker have sweetened the pot for Great Canadian Rewards (GCR) members with a new perk: advance online registration for the Ontario World Series of Poker’s (WSOP) Circuit event stop.
Between March 25 and 31, Great Canadian Rewards members have exclusive access to early online registration for the anticipated poker event. For everyone else, in-person registration opens on April 1 at Great Canadian Toronto.
Current rewards members can easily register for the tournament today through GCR’s online portal. Meanwhile, non-members still have time to unlock early registration and perks like a new member sign-up bonus, preferred hotel rates, and valuable partner benefits.

Great Canadian Toronto is Canada’s only WSOP host
Last year, WSOP’s first Toronto circuit event had over 6,000 entries, pushing the prize pool well over its initial $3.9 million estimate.
This year, WSOP’s 2025 Ontario circuit stop—which features an expanded schedule with 11 WSOP Circuit Ring Events—happens next month between April 10 and 22. Following the overwhelming success of last year’s inaugural event, organizers expect this year’s prize pool to exceed 2024’s record-setting $5.5 million pot.
The 2025 tournament’s lineup includes the “much-anticipated” $2,000 Main Event and $3,500 High-Roller contest. Events exclusively for women and seniors and Pot Limit Omaha play are also on the tournament docket.
Earlier this year, Great Canadian Toronto and GGPoker announced an exclusive partnership, making the resort Canada’s only WSOP Bracelet and Ring event host. Under this agreement, GGPoker became the official sponsor of The Poker Room at Great Canadian Toronto. As a result, GCT has become Canada’s premier destination for poker enthusiasts.
