Evolution (Evolution AB (publ) 4,70 +0,64%) and Caesars Digital (Caesars Entertainment 37,81 +1,89%) have expanded their partnership, announcing a strategic agreement to strengthen ties and grow North American reach.

According to Wednesday’s release, the “groundbreaking partnership” will see the companies work together to establish dedicated live gaming studios in multiple US states. First up will be a new live-dealer studio inside Caesars’ “world-renowned” Tropicana Casino in New Jersey.

Jacob Claesson, Evolution North American CEO, said in the release:

Caesars’ expansion in the market is remarkable and noteworthy. When presented with the opportunity to launch our third live studio in Atlantic City, we knew Tropicana would be the ideal location. We’re impressed by Caesars’ dedication and look forward to collaborating with them as they continue to expand their branded studio presence.

The new Tropicana live casino studio will be Evolution’s third in Atlantic City, which it said further establishes its commitment to New Jersey’s rapid growth.

Branded Content in Michigan, Pennsylvania to Follow

On top of the Tropicana collaboration, Evolution and Caesars will launch branded studio space inside Evolution’s existing studios in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Matthew Sunderland, senior vice president and chief igaming officer at Caesars Digital, added:

Elevated live dealer experiences are an area of opportunity and something online casino players are continuing to show an affinity for.

With this in mind, partnering on a deeper level with Evolution, the market leader in live casino offerings, made a lot of sense. We trust that our players will be excited by these best-in-class live casino experiences and can’t wait to see how our new dedicated live dealer studio spaces come together at Tropicana Atlantic City and in other jurisdictions where iGaming is live.

The agreement also allows Caesars US online casino players continued access to popular live casino games and online slots from top Evolution brands.

Specifically, players on Tropicana Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, and Caesars Palace Online Casino will benefit from access to titles from:

  • NetEnt
  • Red Tiger
  • Big Time Gaming
  • Nolimit City brands

Today’s announcement follows yesterday’s news that New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) closed an investigation into Evolution’s business practices.

In that case, an anonymous group levied an accusation, claiming Evolution allowed customers to serve countries under US sanctions.

However, the NJDGE concluded the investigation required “no further action.”

The New Jersey DGE found no evidence that Evolution sanctioned, promoted, permitted, or otherwise materially benefitted from its content offered by operators in any market that the New Jersey DGE considers a prohibited jurisdiction.
