Hard Rock Bet Extends Unity Loyalty Program to NJ, Including Online Casino For First Time

Hard Rock has announced the roll-out of its global loyalty program, Unity, for retail and online players in New Jersey. This marks the first time that the program will encompass online casino players, as The Garden State is the only state where Hard Rock Bet operates in that vertical. Hard Rock Bet casino and sportsbook users will now be enrolled in the new national rewards program and be able to earn perks for use at Hard Rock retail locations including Hard Rock Atlantic City.

Hard Rock Unity is a global loyalty program that extends to all aspects of Hard Rock’s services and offerings. The program covers staying, dining, shopping, gaming, and more at Hard Rock cafes, hotels, and casinos across the world – including its online offering, Hard Rock Bet.

The news comes x months after New Jersey players received an upgrade to the new Hard Rock Bet’s platform. This replaced the legacy Hard Rock Online Casino that had operated in New Jersey since the market first opened in 2013.

Hard Rock Unity Offers a Feature-Rich Loyalty Program

The Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program will likewise be an upgrade for players in the state. There are a lot of bells and whistles to keep the program engaging:

  • Reward point multipliers,
  • Virtual goods,
  • Daily odds boosts and promos,
  • “Overdrive” odds boosts,
  • Anniversary bets, and
  • Tier-specific promos.

These are in addition to the normal loyalty rewards, preferred customer service, and VIP account management that players would expect from any casino rewards program.

The Unity rewards program will also allow players to reap benefits outside of the Hard Rock Bet online ecosystem. Depending on their tier, Unity members receive the following perks at Hard Rock hotels:

  • Special members-only rates
  • Best rate guarantees
  • Priority access to hotel amenities
  • Elite arrival and departure experiences
  • Nightly room refreshes

Some additional benefits apply at Hard Rock’s flagship retail casinos. Depending on their tier, members can earn complimentary gifts, point multipliers, personalized host services, complimentary valets, and VIP lounge and high-limit room access. At the highest tier, there’s even a free annual trip.

Hard Rock Unity is structured into four tiers:

  • Star
  • Legend
  • Icon
  • X

The first three tiers are based on the number of points accumulated by the participating players. The special “X” tier is by invite only for VIP members.

Bringing the program to New Jersey and to its online casino brings Hard Rock in line with the likes of BetMGM and Caesars, which have successfully built comprehensive rewards programs spanning their online and retail operations.

Hard Rock Bet In New Jersey

Hard Rock rolled out the new Hard Rock Bet brand to take advantage of the legalization of sports betting in Florida. Its operations there face an ongoing legal challenge from the state’s commercial casino operators. In the meantime, Hard Rock has revitalized its efforts in the New Jersey market with the new brand, new app, and now the new loyalty program.

Featuring online slots, table games, and live dealer games, Hard Rock Bet has a host of casino games, including table games such as poker, hold ‘em, baccarat, blackjack, craps, and roulette. Additionally, the platform also features fan favorites such as 88 Fortunes, Cash Eruption, Future Coin, Cleopatra, and Bonanza, with new releases added every week.

New Jersey residents also enjoy Hard Rock Bet for its sports offerings. The sportsbook section of the platform features betting markets on all major sports, such as football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, hockey, motorsports, MMA, and boxing. Hard Rock Bet maximizes betting potential for its players by offering play-by-play bets, same-game parlays, and thousands of different types of player and game prop bets.

Before the rollout of Unity, Hard Rock Bet offered New Jersey residents the original loyalty program, straightforwardly known as Loyalty Rewards. This was a more typical program allowing players to earn reward points with each bet placed on the platform. The reward points could be used to redeem bonus bets, free play, wheel spins, and other prizes through its Reward Store, but did not cross over to the retail space.
