bet365 Casino receives high marks from me in almost every category. Throughout my testing, I found tons to like and a lot of impressive features and tidbits that I didn’t know about previously. In fact, my testing really convinced me to continue playing at bet365 because of how impressive it was.

My biggest takeaway was that at its core, bet365 Casino does well in providing a nicely balanced platform. By that, I mean that while it doesn’t have the most promotions or the number one largest game catalog, it does have a varied, comprehensive offering that is well-built and benefits further from other oft-overlooked benefits like fair terms and conditions, exclusive games that can’t be found elsewhere, and more that I’ll discuss throughout my review.

Where I Found bet365 Casino Available

As mentioned earlier, bet365 Casino is currently only available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the US-regulated market. It’s worth mentioning that bet365 does operate its sportsbook in a larger number of states, and also operates in various countries around the world. The company itself was founded in 2000, so it does have decades of experience operating in those countries before coming to the US.

I conducted my testing in New Jersey, where bet365 Casino launched in Aug. 2019. This means that it was a relative latecomer to the scene, which had a good number of casinos open in November 2013. Desktop Experience

The desktop site provides a simple, straightforward experience. The homepage, pictured above, features a top navigation bar that allows you to switch between the casino and the integrated sportsbook. Below that, you’ll find a search, various game categories (and the promos page), and tickers that include promotions and more game categories.

As you can see, there’s not a lot of bloat. I’d actually call this a minimalist design, especially as it keeps everything you need within reach. I will say that I liked the game category choices on the homepage as well, featuring relevant options such as “Just Landed”, “For You”, and “Discover What’s New”.

The promotions page was equally straightforward, featuring large, uniform banners for each promotion. As someone who is in the industry, I appreciate the transparency that bet365 Casino shows by offering links to the terms and conditions on the main banners themselves, as well as the fact that they first highlight “Significant Offer Terms and Conditions” before delving into all of the complicated fine print.

Next, and perhaps most impressive, was the game catalog itself. There were so many features here that impressed me that I don’t see at almost any other online casino. If I had to find one negative here, it’s that the RTP filter only allows you to start your minimum RTP at 95%, which makes it almost unnecessary to even include, as most games sit above 95%.

Mobile App Experience

Throughout my mobile experience, everything loaded quickly, and I encountered no glitches or issues. Geolocation was quick and easy, and I enjoyed my experience just as much as I did on the desktop.

Exploring the Games: What I Found & What Stands Out

Slot Games

While bet365 Casino doesn’t boast the largest slot catalog, it does extremely well with offering variety. I found plenty of appealing games here, from all-time classics to new games I haven’t seen before. The majority of the bet365 Casino exclusive games happened to be slots, so I was able to dive into quite a few new experiences (I’ll discuss this more in the section below about games you can’t find elsewhere).

I did find one peculiarity that’s worth mentioning. When I went to the slots catalog and then selected “All Slots”, it only showed me around 100 of the slots available, and it also mixed in some table games. At first, I was left thinking the game catalog was very small with such a limited selection. However, when I went to the “All Games” section of the catalog, I found plenty more slots available. But, since I was in the all games section, they were also mixed in with table and live dealer games. All this to say, I was able to find a way to see all of the slots available, but it was done by going to the “All Games” section and then using the filtering system to only show slots. This seemed like a real roundabout way to find them, and I found myself wishing that the “All Slots” section simply worked the way it was supposed to. Other than that, however, I found no further issues. And, if anything, my ability to build my own custom catalog of just what I wanted to see is a testament to the quality of the filter system that’s available.

Table & Live Dealer Games

I found the selection of table and live dealer games to be excellent. I particularly enjoyed the “Top 10 Games” ticker at the top of the page, which you can see in my screenshot above. Beyond that, however, I was able to sort by game type, and each game type offered plenty of variety.

The live dealer games were provided by Evolution Gaming, which is, in my opinion, the best provider for live dealer. They included all of the typical table game options, such as blackjack, baccarat, and craps, but also included what bet365 Casino dubs “carnival games”, such as Dream Catcher and Football Studio.

Most of them seemed to be pretty straightforward iterations of the classics, aside from Choice21 Blackjack, which offered tons of popular side bets like 21+3, Perfect Pairs, and Lucky Ladies.

Deposits and withdrawals at bet365 Casino are another one of those pieces that I discussed earlier as being done well and lifting up the quality of the entire site as a result. In this section, I’ll review more about the options that are available and how they stacked up in my testing experience.
