I typed a term into the search box and clicked Add. From there, I could include more words, choose AND or OR logic, enable whole-word matching, and narrow the sample with the available filters. The dashboard then processed the request and displayed the historical results.
Is MentionMetrix Legit and Safe to Use?
Yes, MentionMetrix came across as safe throughout my testing. The Google sign-in uses the standard OAuth flow, and anyone who would rather skip it can register directly with an email address. Even when paying for a subscription, the account status updated itself automatically after a few minutes, just as the website says.

I searched around Discord, Reddit, and other user communities for things like “Is MentionMetrix a scam?” and did not find much chatter. Nor were there any recurring complaints, which I took as a positive sign. My only real head-scratcher is the lack of company transparency and how little independent information exists for checking the data, like whether every relevant speech makes it into the database, for example.
On the trading side, there isn’t much to hand over. MentionMetrix never asks you to connect a wallet or prediction market account, approve orders, or give it control of your positions. Final Verdict
The whole idea behind MentionMetrix is making historical mention data easier to read and work with. Within that lane, I’d say it does the job very well. Even the main dashboard pulls together information that would take an enormous amount of time to compile by hand. Anyone who regularly trades mention markets should get real use out of it. Plus, the setup is beginner-friendly, whether you’re on desktop or mobile.
My main hesitation is the lack of transparency. I found very little information available about the team, source material, or database coverage. At $49 a month, the Pro plan also feels a little hard to justify, at least while Word Matrix remains its only live exclusive feature. In the months ahead, at least three tools are expected to roll out—Live Mentions Counter, Full Transcription Analysis, and AI Outcome and Odds Analysis—which could make the overall value proposition much stronger.
