“The reimagining of the Borgata Tower is the latest step in our broader investment across the property as we continue to enhance the overall guest experience,” Nik Rytterstrom, Borgata’s president and chief operating officer, said in a statement.
Borgata said the renovated rooms will open to guests on a rolling basis starting in October. The company did not specify in the source material how long the tower renovation will take or how many rooms and suites are included.
Renovation is part of a wider capital program
According to Borgata, the tower overhaul is part of a broader property-wide capital program that will continue into 2027.
Rytterstrom said the reinvestment aims to update one of the resort’s most visible guest touchpoints while keeping the property’s existing identity intact.
“As one of the most important touchpoints within the resort, this reinvestment gives us the opportunity to thoughtfully evolve the Borgata Tower for today’s guests, with a design that stays true to the sophistication and energy of the property, while introducing a fresh and elevated sense of comfort that still feels distinctly Borgata,” he said.
Los Angeles-based Avenue Interior Design is handling the project. Borgata said the design firm also worked on the tower’s earlier layout, the MGM Tower remodel, and the B Bar redesign at the property.
Strong financial position underscores the investment
The renovation comes as Borgata continues to post leading financial results in the Atlantic City market.
The casino resort led all nine Atlantic City casinos in gambling revenue last year with more than $800 million, up 8.5% from the prior year, according to the source material. In the first half of 2026, it also posted the city’s highest gross operating profit at nearly $100 million.
Avenue Interior Design co-founder and chief creative officer Ashley Justman said the room concept drew on fashion and “Italian craftsmanship.” She said the goal was to create a look that felt “evolved and sophisticated” without losing the “glamour, confidence and energy” associated with Borgata.
