Boyd Gaming and Aristocrat Gaming partnered to launch BoydPay Wallet, now available for cashless table games at Aliante Casino Hotel Spa in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The initial rollout is a field trial in the leadup to cashless table games at other Boyd Property casinos, which include the Orleans, Fremont Hotel & Casino, and several other Las Vegas properties.
BoydPay Wallet, a feature of the B Connected app, already offers cashless slots at Blue Chip Casino in Indiana, Valley Forge Casino Resort in Pennsylvania, and Belterra Park in Ohio. For now, the option to play cashless table games in Las Vegas is unique to the city via Aliante Casino.
In February of this year, Boyd Gaming announced a hopeful nationwide rollout of summer 2021. The company has since introduced cashless table games as an additional feature, which delays a national release but offers a more diverse selection for cashless play.
How Cashless Table Games In Las Vegas Will Work
The BoydPay Wallet is integrated into Boyd Gaming’s B Connected app, available in the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. To utilize the BoydPay Wallet, players have to register an account. The process is similar to joining an online casino. Players must provide personal details and a social security number to confirm their identity.
Once they’ve created an account, they can fund the BoydPay Wallet with a credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or online bank transfer.
Note that a credit card deposit is usually a cash advance charge. Those usually include a fee and higher interest rates. Consider using one of the other options to avoid this issue.
With money in the account, a player can walk up to a table game and buy in with their BoydPay Wallet. They’ll receive physical casino chips to play the game. When they’re done, they can take the chips with them or deposit the value of the chips into their BoydPay Wallet.

How Cashless Slots Work
Cashless slots are available via the B Connected app at four Boyd Gaming properties:

- Valley Forge Casino Resort (King of Prussia, PA)
- Belterra Park (Cincinnati, OH)
- Blue Chip Casino (Michigan City, IN)
Cashless slots across the country work the same way as cashless table games. Connect the B Connected app to the slot of choice, add the funds, and then cash out when done.
Playing cashless slots via the B Connected app is different from the more traditional ticket-in, ticket-out (TITO) slots. Those are almost cashless but not quite. Players still need to start with cash to receive a ticket and play, then cash out at the cage. BoydPay Wallet eliminates the need to enter the casino with cash at all.
