A Hillsborough man won a $1,071,032.92 jackpot at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa on Sept. 12 while playing Dragon Link Autumn Moon by Aristocrat Gaming.
The win is notable because it was the eighth Dragon Link jackpot of more than $1 million awarded at the Tampa property in 2026, according to the casino. Hard Rock also said it was the second million-dollar jackpot awarded there within weeks. This heavy stream of high-profile physical slot payouts underscores the enduring draw of major destination resorts—even as gaming companies expand their reach across parallel digital frontiers like sports betting and regulated online casino applications.
The player hit the jackpot after betting $150 on a $2 denomination machine. The source did not identify the winner beyond saying he was from Hillsborough.

- $1,217,759.02 on March 16

Hard Rock said the run of wins supports its claim that Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is the “Luckiest Casino in the U.S.” for a second consecutive year.
