GMA Consulting has named Alisa Mirabal and David Robins as senior advisors, adding online casino marketing, loyalty, CRM and hospitality operations expertise to its Las Vegas-based consulting practice.
The appointments matter because GMA advises gaming, hospitality and integrated resort clients, including public gaming companies, private operators, Native American tribes, banks and government agencies worldwide. The firm said the hires strengthen its ability to help clients across the guest experience, spanning dining, gaming and technology.
Mirabal brings casino marketing and loyalty experience
According to GMA, Mirabal focuses on online casino marketing modernization and connected customer growth strategy. She most recently served as Vice President, Advanced Products & Global CXS Products at Aristocrat Technologies, where the company said she directed five-year product roadmaps, led global gaming systems CXS product lines across the U.S., Asia and Australia, and oversaw a $25 million development budget and 40 legacy product lines.
The firm also said Mirabal previously built customer success and product capabilities at Lava.ai, supporting 17 major clients across the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS.
Before that, she spent 16 years in operational marketing roles, including positions at Red Rock Casino Resort and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe. GMA said that at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe, Mirabal delivered a $10 million EBITDA swing in 18 months.
In a statement, Josh Swissman said the new advisors bring the kind of practical experience clients expect. He added that Mirabal’s background modernizing marketing, loyalty and customer experience gives clients support from executives who have worked inside gaming operations.
Robins adds food-and-beverage and resort operations depth
Robins brings more than 35 years of hospitality operations, culinary leadership and brand development experience, according to the announcement. He is the founder and principal consultant of Robins Hospitality, which launched in 2025.
From 1992 to 2025, Robins served as executive vice president of operations, corporate chef and managing partner for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. GMA said his portfolio included Spago, CUT and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in markets including Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, New York, London and Singapore.
The firm said Robins oversaw more than 1,500 employees and carried $400 million in annual revenue responsibility. His partnership work included MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, The Venetian, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and the Walt Disney Company.
Swissman said adding Mirabal and Robins strengthens GMA’s ability to deliver measurable results across the guest experience as the industry evolves. GMA said both advisors are available to meet with clients immediately.
