Kalshi has officially signed a multi-year partnership with Madison Square Garden Entertainment and MSG Networks, becoming the arena’s first-ever prediction market partner.
The prediction market platform is getting real estate inside one of the most famous sports and entertainment venues on earth.
And yes, this means there will now be a “Kalshi Concourse” right on the sixth floor of MSG.
Where history and future collide
Millions of fans walk through that area every year for Knicks games, Rangers playoff runs, sold-out concerts, comedy nights, and entertainment events.
This is the same arena where Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier fought the legendary “Fight of the Century” in 1971. It is where Michael Jordan dropped iconic performances under New York lights. Billy Joel practically turned the building into his second home through his historic residency. Madonna, Elton John, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, and countless music superstars have packed the venue over the decades. Even WWE’s WrestleMania has delivered some of its loudest and wildest nights inside the building.
For Kalshi, this is a huge branding moment, as it has planted itself directly inside “The World’s Most Famous Arena.”
MSG Entertainment executive Doug Jossem called Kalshi a “forward-thinking” partner and said both companies are looking at new ways to engage fans.
“As leaders in live entertainment, we are always searching for opportunities to partner with forward-thinking brands on innovative partnerships and, as such, are proud to welcome Kalshi as the first prediction market partner of Madison Square Garden.
By bringing The World’s Most Famous Arena together with Kalshi, we are providing fans with a unique way to experience both brands, and we look forward to exploring how our companies can collaborate through this exciting new partnership,” said Jossem.
Kalshi Branding everywhere
The partnership goes beyond naming rights.
Fans entering MSG will see Kalshi branding from the huge Seventh Avenue marquee outside the building all the way into the arena bowl itself.
There will also be digital activations inside the concourse designed to interact with fans during events.
On top of that, Kalshi will appear across MSG Networks through advertising and branded content.
Kalshi’s Head of Sports Partnerships Adam Barrick described the partnership as a milestone moment for the company.
“Madison Square Garden is an iconic staple in the lineage of New York cultural history, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to officially become a part of the MSG family. Both MSG and Kalshi share a common vision of engaging consumers on the interests they are most passionate about—whether that be pop culture, sports, music, or entertainment….
“The Garden,” which first opened its doors in 1879, is a true New York institution, located at Pennsylvania Plaza above Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan,” Barrick said.
