Bonus TL;DR
- A senior gaming executive was recently honored with a prominent industry award recognizing her long-standing contributions to executive development and women’s advocacy.
- The recognition highlights ongoing leadership initiatives across tribal and commercial gaming organizations as major operators continue building inclusive workplace cultures.
Tracy Bradford, president of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, received the 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award from Global Gaming Women at the group’s annual Kick Up Your Heels event in Las Vegas on Sept. 30.
The award recognized Bradford’s work in mentorship, leadership development and advocacy for women in gaming, according to the announcement. She was one of six recipients selected this year from what Global Gaming Women described as a record number of nominations—highlighting leadership milestones across an industry landscape that increasingly intersects physical resort operations and digital online casino expansions.
Award recognizes women-in-gaming leadership
Global Gaming Women gives the Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award to honor contributions to developing and supporting women in the gaming industry. In Bradford’s case, the organization cited a career that spans more than 40 years in gaming.
Bradford joined Seminole Gaming in 2005 and now oversees the management and operations of Support Services, Customer Care and Aviation. Her gaming career began in 1984 at Caesars Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.
In a statement included in the release, Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, said Bradford has helped shape the company’s operating culture.
> “Tracy has been instrumental in building a culture of operational excellence across Seminole Hard Rock Support Services,” Allen said. “Her forward-thinking approach and unwavering commitment have strengthened our entire organization, and she truly embodies the spirit of the Patty Becker Award through her dedication to advancing women in our industry.”
Las Vegas recognition adds to Bradford’s long industry career
The recognition is a personnel and leadership item rather than an operational update, but it highlights the continued role of women-focused industry groups in gaming’s executive ranks.
Siobhan Lane, president and board chair of Global Gaming Women, called Bradford “a visionary leader” and said her efforts have had a lasting impact on the business.
> “Throughout her career, she has been a steadfast advocate for mentorship, leadership development, and creating opportunities for women to grow and thrive,” Lane said.
The release did not identify the other five 2026 honorees or detail specific programs tied to Bradford’s selection. The latest confirmed development is the award presentation at the Sept. 30 event in Las Vegas.
Hard Rock International, which is tied to Seminole Gaming, says its global footprint includes venues in nearly 80 countries, more than 300 locations and 89,000 pieces of authentic music memorabilia.
