Jackpota is saving the treats for last.

The sweepstakes casino is running a five-week Halloween series through Nov. 2, laid out in its October partner newsletter. Each week is its own chapter, with its own mix of Halloween slots, bonuses, events, and missions.

And the final chapter, Haunted House of Treats & The Escape, is the one that covers Halloween night.

How does Jackpota’s Halloween series work?

One chapter per week. Each one swaps in a new lineup.

Jackpota isn’t publishing the whole month up front. It’s releasing what’s live chapter by chapter, so the bonuses in Chapter 4 won’t be known until Chapter 4 opens.

That makes the calendar the most useful thing to have.

When does each Jackpota Halloween chapter open?

Every Monday after the first one. Here’s the schedule, per Jackpota.

One note before you read it: Chapter 1 is already over. It ended Sunday, Oct. 4, and it’s included only so the full series is on record. Its promotions are no longer available.

  1. Chapter 1: The Curse Awakes: Thursday, Oct. 1, to Sunday, Oct. 4 (ended)
  2. Chapter 2: The Cursed Fortunes: Monday, Oct. 5, to Sunday, Oct. 11 (live now)
  3. Chapter 3: Haunted House of Spins: Monday, Oct. 12, to Sunday, Oct. 18
  4. Chapter 4: The Lurking Evil Haunted Reels: Monday, Oct. 19, to Sunday, Oct. 25
  5. Chapter 5: Haunted House of Treats & The Escape: Monday, Oct. 26, to Monday, Nov. 2

Two things stand out.

The first chapter was a four-day sprint. The last one gets eight days, the longest of the series.

And that last one has Halloween in it. Oct. 31 falls on a Saturday, five days into the chapter with treats in the name.

Right now it’s Chapter 2, which runs through Sunday. Haunted House of Spins takes over Monday.

What else is Jackpota running in October?

Community Jackpot: more than 4,000,000 Sweeps Coins and growing, per Jackpota. Players have to opt in to be eligible. It isn’t automatic, so check that setting before Halloween week. Read the full terms and conditions for how to opt in and which play counts.

Jackpota Hunt: a Plinko-style bonus round on Penguin King games with a progressive jackpot that starts at 1,000 SC.

New releases: Fish Tales Max Scatter, an underwater Jackpota exclusive built on a Max Scatter mechanic, and 3 Jackpota Mummies, a branded slot set in Egyptian tombs.

Who’s eligible?

Jackpota’s terms of service set the minimum age at 21, and the site isn’t available in every state. Read the full terms and conditions, including the list of excluded states, before opting into anything. Mission requirements, eligible games, and expiration windows are where the real value of a bonus gets decided.

Sweepstakes casinos adjust promotions like these over the course of a series, and this reflects what Jackpota has published as of Oct. 8.

Three more chapters open between now and Halloween. The tricks come first.

The treats come last.
