I wasn’t required to enter a bonus code to claim the sign-up bonus and the first-purchase bonus. After completing the quick and easy registration process, I automatically had 1 SC and 400,000 GC waiting for me in my account. 

The few other bonus promotions available at GoldNLuck also didn’t require a bonus code. 

If you have played games on other sweepstakes casino apps, you will be familiar with the virtual currency system at GoldNLuck. Here is how to use GC and SC on the platform: 

• Gold Coins: GoldNLuck’s GC are used to play the various games just for fun. GC can’t be redeemed for prizes. Beyond getting them as a bonus, you also have the option to purchase GC, in which case you’ll receive free SC as a bonus, at a rate of just above 1 SC for every $1 spent.

How Does the GoldNLuck Casino Promo Compare to Other Sweeps Promos?

I found the GoldNLuck sign-up bonus to be lacking. The 1 SC you receive is on the low end of what I’ve gotten from many other leading sweepstakes casinos. Many offer at least 2 SC upon the completion of registration. 

The GoldNLuck first-purchase bonus compares better. The 30 free bonus SC you get for a $15.99 GC purchase is nearly double what you get with a normal GC package at GoldNLuck. This stacks up pretty well when compared to some other platforms, although certain sweepstakes casinos, like WOW Vegas and Crown Coins Casino, do top it.

My Experience With the Promo Code Offer

With just 2 SC to start out with at GoldNLuck (from the signup bonus and first daily bonus), I decided to use my plentiful GC to try out some games before switching to SC mode. 

I always like to find slots that have higher return-to-player (RTP) rates (96% or above is considered good), so I can get the most out of my initial SC play and easily clear the playthrough requirements. 

Unfortunately, none of the GoldNLuck slots include volatility ratings or RTP rates, which are great for deciding which games to play when you have a small amount of SC to begin with. But all of GoldNLuck’s games are provided by the developer BetSoft, and BetSoft’s website does feature all of that information. 

GoldNLuck has a lot of high volatility slots, which offer bigger, but less frequent wins. I did manage to find a few slots with low-to-medium volatility, which gave me smaller but more consistent wins. I loved that most of the slots I played at GoldNLuck had RTP rates above 97%. In fact, I didn’t see any slots that had RTP rates below 95%. Many slots also had low per-spin minimums (between .6-.10 SC), which helped me not blow through my meager SC balance too quickly.

GoldNLuck has a solid selection of table games, which can be great for clearing bonus SC playthrough requirements quickly, while also providing a chance to notch some wins. But all of the table games have a 1 SC per-hand/spin minimum, which meant a couple of lousy hands could wipe out my bonus SC instantly, so I steered clear.

I found that GoldNLuck has less ongoing promotions for existing players than many of its competitors. The site’s rules pages indicate that there are “limited-time leaderboards with prize rewards,” but I saw no evidence of that on the site. The Sweepstakes Policy page also suggests there are promotions through the GoodNLuck social media pages, which several other sweeps casinos offer. But the GoodNLuck Facebook page hasn’t been updated in almost a year, their Instagram page has one post and their X page doesn’t have any.

Beyond the welcome bonus and purchase bonuses, here are the other ways to score free SC at GoldNLuck: 

• Daily Bonus: I received 5,000 GC and 1 SC each day I logged into GoldNLuck. This is great, as several sweeps casinos only provide a fraction of an SC as a daily log-in bonus. The SC from this bonus expires if not used before you claim the next daily bonus.
• Mail-In Request: You can mail in a handwritten request to receive 1 free SC. The address and details of the info required are included in the site’s Sweepstakes Policy section. One unique quirk — the request must be written in blue ink. You can only include one request per envelope, but there is no stated limit to how many requests you can send overall. 

Can You Get Bonuses Through the Loyalty Program?

Unsurprisingly, given the lack of promotions, there isn’t any kind of loyalty rewards program at GoodNLuck. If you like to earn rewards while you play, McLuck, High 5 Casino, WOW Vegas and some other similar platforms have good loyalty programs.

Game Selection | Which Games Give the Best Bonus Value?

Like most sweeps casinos, the largest chunk of GoldNLuck games are slots. There are around 150 slot games, all by trusted game provider BetSoft. There is also a fairly robust collection of table games, also from BetSoft. Among the 20 table games at GoldNLuck are different variations of blackjack, roulette and poker. There are also six games in GoldNLuck’s “Arcade Games” section, including a couple of Plinko variations. 

Best Games I Played To Redeem Sweeps Coins

There were none of the burdensome restrictions you’ll find at some sweepstakes casinos on which games can be played to clear the 1x playthrough requirement attached to bonus SC at GoldNLuck. Play on all games count towards wagering requirements.

To clear the requirement, I had luck on one of the few low volatility slots I found at GoldNLuck, Mystic Hive, which has an RTP rate of 96.4%. This helped me easily play through the 2 SC I received on my first day of play and I won just enough to break even, with 2 redeemable SC left over.

From there, I found a few good GoldNLuck slots with low-to-medium volatility and higher RTP rates on which I won a few more SC (which I eventually lost testing other games). These slots included The Angler, 72 Fortunes and Monster Pop.

The Angler slot was the most rewarding slot I played. After a couple of days of just using coins from the welcome and daily bonuses, I made a GC purchase and used those bonus SC on blackjack games and The Angler. I won 20 SC on The Angler after just two spins.

Games I Avoided with Poor Contribution Rates

Table games are usually a good way to win SC at sweeps casinos, particularly if you know what you’re doing. But I found the games I played (mostly blackjack titles) didn’t pay out as consistently as some of the table games I’ve played at other sites. I wouldn’t recommend playing table games to clear the wagering requirements on bonus SC, mostly because there is a 1 SC minimum per spin required for most of them.

If you are trying to build upon the free SC from just the welcome and daily bonuses, I’d also recommend staying away from the slots with high volatility, of which there are many, including the Coins of Alkemor: Extreme Magic and Coins of Ra Hold and Win slots. All the games at GoldNLuck are free to play, and you’ll get a lot of mileage out of the daily refresh of 5,000 bonus GC. In this section, I’ll explain the optional coin purchase process, should you choose to buy additional GC and get free SC as a bonus, as well as the redemption process. 

Spree’s redemption rate is 1 SC to $1. The minimum redemption is 100 SC for a cash prize and 10 SC for a gift card, which equates to $100 and $10, respectively. Some sites have lower limits for cash prize redemptions.

If you select a gift card, you will receive an email within 48 hours, and you can follow the link to choose a retailer and claim the card. Spree will transfer cash prize redemptions to your nominated bank account, and the funds should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Some players on social media have complained about slow payments, but they did eventually receive their funds.

Coin Purchase Process

GoldNLuck offers seven GC packages in its coin store. While many sweepstakes casinos give you 1 SC for every $1 spent on GC, GoldNLuck adds additional SC on top of that. How many depends on how much you spend. Over half of the packages are $99 or more, which is good for big spenders.

For those with less to spend, the lowest package is $10.99. Many sweeps casinos will offer a few different package offers at lower price points, which is probably more appealing for more casual players who don’t want to spend too much.

How Long Did It Take to Get My Cash Prize?

You can request a cash-prize redemption at GoldNLuck when you have at least 50 redeemable SC (which equal $50). That’s lower than many sweepstakes casinos, which require you to have at least $100 worth of SC. 

In my first few days of playing with just the welcome bonus and 1 SC daily bonus, I never was able to substantially build on my balance. I think it would be difficult, but not impossible, to reach the 50 SC minimum with just these bonuses. But it would be impossible to redeem those SC because you must make a purchase to be eligible for redemptions. 

Unlike many sweepstakes casinos, GoldNLuck also doesn’t show you your progress clearing the wagering requirements on bonus SC until you make a purchase. Once you make a purchase and click into the redemption section, it does show you how many redeemable SC you have. 

You must also have your identity verified before you can receive a cash-prize redemption. GoldNLuck uses Veriff, which is a trusted verification service that takes just a few minutes. 

The only way to receive your cash prize at GoldNLuck is via ACH bank transfer. On user review site Trustpilot, some users say they received their money within 24 hours, while others shared horror stories about never receiving their redemptions. The site’s terms and conditions page says they will deliver redemptions within 10 days, while a customer service agent would only say that they “typically process cash prize redemptions very quickly.”

Contacting Customer Support About My Bonus

The only way to contact GoldNLuck’s customer support is via email ([email protected]). There is no live chat or phone number to call, and I was disappointed that there also wasn’t any kind of FAQ section that covers even basic questions one might have related to their bonuses or other issues. 

I contacted GoldNLuck customer support with a few questions related to my bonuses and also about redemptions. My first email went unanswered for three days, so I followed up, after which I got a friendly response about five hours later. The agent was very friendly and helpful and apologized for not responding to the earlier email. 

What Others Say About GoldNLuck Casino Bonuses

A search of GoldNLuck discussion on social media sites like Reddit and Facebook finds a lot of negative talk about the sweepstakes casino. It’s common to see a lot of negative feedback from online casino users online, often from people claiming games aren’t delivering wins, so it’s always wise to take everything with a grain of salt, as you never know if you are getting the full story

But the overwhelming majority of GoldNLuck commentary relates to players not being able to get their cash-prize redemptions. Many say customer support strings them along or ghosts them when they ask about their redemption status.

How Do Players Feel About These Promotions?

There’s not a lot of discussion online about the site’s bonuses specifically, although a few people said they were able to successfully win enough with their signup and daily bonuses to request a redemption, only to be disappointed they were required to make a purchase first. And even then, some say, GoldNLuck would fail to deliver the redemptions in a timely manner, if at all. 

On Trustpilot, GoldNLuck has a 3-star rating (out of 5 stars), which is considered “Average.” There are some positive comments from 2024 that praise the welcome and daily bonuses, but it appears that those were higher that year, shortly after GoldNLuck launched. Forty-three percent of the Trustpilot reviews gave the sweepstakes casino 1 star, with the most common issue again being failure to pay out redemptions.

My Final Verdict – Should You Claim a Bonus at GoldNLuck Casino?

he GoldNLuck platform itself is pretty solid, with a lot of great slots that pay out consistently. The 1 SC in the welcome bonus isn’t the worst in the industry (a few sweeps casinos don’t offer any), but you can get at least one more at several of GoldNLuck’s competitors. The 1 SC in the daily bonus is pretty good, but if you don’t use it within 24 hours, it disappears. Perhaps the best thing about GoldNLuck is the additional bonus SC you receive when you make a GC purchase. 

But the lack of many other ongoing promotions and bonus opportunities is disappointing. And the fact that a purchase is required before you can receive a redemption is rare in the sweeps casino industry. 

Given those factors, coupled with the many stories of unresolved issues with redemptions, I don’t currently recommend GoldNLuck for sweepstakes casino bonus hunters.
