Chav Vasilev

After years of managing fast-casual restaurants, Chav turned his passion for sports and occasional slot wins into a career as an iGaming writer. Sharing his time between Europe and the US, he has been exposed to betting and gambling for years and has closely followed the growth in the US. Chav is a proponent of playing responsibly and playing only at legal online sites. When not writing, you will find him watching and betting on sports, especially soccer, or trying to land the next big bonus on a slot.

Who is Chav Vasilev?

Chav Vasilev is a freelance writer at Bonus, whose topics of focus include new product releases, industry deals, online lotteries, and skill games. Chav has been writing for Catena Media since 2022 and also contributed to the now-retired Michigan Sharp and NJ Gambling Sites.

Outside Catena, Chav has written on a broad spectrum of topics, including sports, travel, real estate, and pets. Before he started writing, Chav used to manage fast-casual restaurants, specializing in operational efficiency and turning around underperforming locations.

Chav is an avid traveler and splits his time between the US and Europe. He has become somewhat of a sweepstakes casino expert, as there are no legal online casinos in his home state of Florida for now, though he hopes that will change soon.
