A free-to-play platform offering six player-vs-player titles, MaxQuest is one of the more interesting sweepstakes platforms that I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing.
MaxQuest is what we call a skill-based platform – the idea being that those with the best “skills” for any of the six available games should technically win the jackpot.
I spent a couple of days putting MaxQuest through its paces, spending time playing MultiPlinko, MultiMines, Max Blast Champs, Sector X, Mission Amazon, and Dragon Stone. I played games with both QC (free coins) and real money to see how the platform performs in the real world.
In this review, I’ll cover everything you need to know about MaxQuest. I’ll walk you through the no deposit bonus, the minimum and maximum buy-ins, how much money you could win, and how to redeem your winnings after playing the site’s real money skill games.

MaxQuest Review After Playing [2025]
After spending a few days playing the different games at MaxQuest, I left with mixed feelings about the social platform.
First of all, I liked that each match had various buy-in options, meaning I could choose how much I’d like to risk on each game. For example, MultiPlinko could be played with the following buy-in and max prize potentials:
- Buy-in: $1, Max Prize: $9
- Buy-in: $2, Max Prize: $18
- Buy-in: $5, Max Prize: $45
- Buy-in: $10, Max Prize: $90
- Buy-in: $20, Max Prize: $180
Each game can be played with a minimum buy-in of $1, with maximum buy-ins ranging between $5 and $20, depending on the game chosen. When playing with QC, buy-ins are always 2,000 QC, with prizes between 9,000 and 90,000 QC available.
I was disappointed with the gameplay experience of Plinko, Mines, and Max Blast, and the visuals felt outdated, sluggish, and slow. The same could be said for the first-person shooter games, although these had more charm. These felt more like classic arcade games than a standard sweepstakes title, and I genuinely enjoyed playing each of the games and competing against the competition.
Another area that I struggled with was the distinct lack of players in the QC lobbies. Whenever I opened a title, I was waiting a long time for other players to join. Real money games were better, but again, it took longer than expected to find a match, and lobbies rarely met the maximum player count. It may be disappointing, but maybe I shouldn’t be surprised that most prefer to play with real money at the site.
With only six games available in total, I don’t think I’ll be returning to MaxQuest any time soon. I do very much feel like I’ve completed the games and got everything that I can out of each title. If, however, there were more options available, I’d be more inclined to return.
Our verdict
If you’re searching for a player-vs-player platform with a little variety, MaxQuest offers a well-built solution with some engaging titles.

Is MaxQuest Legit?
MaxQuest operates legally as a sweepstakes-style social casino, where players can either play for free (using QC) or with cash to earn real money rewards.
The site uses SSL encryption, implements Geolocation/KYC, and provides responsible gaming tools such as:
- Time Out
- Account Closure
- Self-Exclusion
Customer support is generally responsive, and a comprehensive FAQ/Help Center allows players to find information about the platform quickly.
However, since all redemptions are made via cryptocurrency (with no fiat payouts), it has limited appeal. There are also some uncertainties regarding licensing clarity and a few negative Trustpilot reviews circulating online.
MaxQuest offers a unique concept, but players should proceed cautiously.
What Is MaxQuest?
MaxQuest is a sweepstakes-style social gaming platform launched in 2022, offering arcade and player-versus-player (PvP) inspired games. Players can choose from the following titles:
- Mines
- Pinlko
- Max Blast
- Sector X
- Mission: Amazon
- Dragon Stone
Choose your favourite from the skill-based games, select QC or $, and compete with real players to try and win the jackpot.
How the game works
Each game follows a similar pattern with different rules and features. Simply outlast, beat, or outscore all opponents to win the overall jackpot. A breakdown of each available game at MaxQuest is listed below:
Multi Plinko
- Aim your shots toward the biggest multipliers to rack up points.
- Activate the bump control to alter your ball’s path mid-drop.
- Outscore everyone else to claim the entire prize pool.
Multi Mines
- In each of the five rounds, choose a single tile and hunt for hidden treasures.
- Chase the top multipliers while avoiding dangerous mines.
- Finish with the highest total to secure the whole pot.
Max Blast Champs
- Join up to 50 spacefarers in a high-stakes rocket ride.
- Time your ejection perfectly to outlast every other astronaut.
- Finish as the final survivor to pocket the entire jackpot.
Sector X
- Hit the capsules to trigger unique item drops.
- Take down mega-enemies for payouts of up to 300× your stake.
- Topple any of the four mighty bosses to boost your score dramatically.
Mission Amazon
- Gather rare gemstones to power up your points.
- Destroy weapon carriers to gain access to extraordinary firepower.
- Conquer legendary bosses to unlock massive rewards.
Dragon Stone
- Find all 8 DragonStone fragments to awaken the mighty dragon.
- Deploy special weapons for maximum destructive impact.
- Slay the dragon to earn colossal prizes.
My Experience Playing MaxQuest
I aimed to start playing games at MaxQuest using the QC coins, but there were just so few other players in the lobbies that I struggled to find games to play.
Instead, I deposited $20 to get started in the games and practice with $1 entries. I tried each game a couple of times, and although I enjoyed Plinko and Mines, it’s the first-person shooters that steal the show.
It took some time for me to warm up, and I never actually managed a win in my first 20 games. I considered depositing and trying once more, but I was so off the pace that I decided to stick to the simple crash games with my second deposit.
I played on, this time sticking to Plinko, and did manage a single win with my next $20 deposit. I quickly learned that this isn’t a quick way to earn cash, but a super competitive PvP platform – my cash is much better off in a standard sweepstakes casino.
Tips & Tricks for Playing MaxQuest

Start with QC (QuestCoins) before depositing
Since QC games are free, they let you learn the mechanics, test different titles, and gauge competition without risking real money.

Choose games with higher player counts for bigger jackpots
Titles like Max Blast Champs (up to 50 players, $900 max prize) offer the largest potential payouts. However, they’re more competitive, so balance risk with your skill level.

Stick to smaller buy-ins until you’re confident
Entry fees can add up quickly, especially for real-money matches. Playing $1–$2 buy-ins lets you stretch your bankroll, learn strategies, and avoid big early losses.

Treat winnings as a bonus, not income
MaxQuest is designed for entertainment, with small and infrequent payouts. Going in with low financial expectations ensures you enjoy the gameplay without relying on it for consistent returns.
How Much Money Can You Make With MaxQuest?
In theory, MaxQuest lets you withdraw winnings via cryptocurrency with no limits on the amount that can be withdrawn at one time.
However, the exact values that players should expect depend entirely on their gameplay performance and how often they’re willing to invest in maximum buy-ins. The maximum prize that can be earned in each of the different games can be found in the table below:
Game | Max Prize | Max Players | Max Buy-in |
---|---|---|---|
MultiPlinko | $180 | 10 | $20 |
MultiMines | $22.50 | 5 | $5 |
Max Blast Champs | $900 | 50 | $20 |
Sector X | $27 | 6 | $5 |
Mission Amazon | $27 | 6 | $5 |
Dragon Stone | $27 | 6 | $5 |
The MaxQuest platform prioritizes entertainment, with actual payouts usually being small and rare. Most players won’t walk away with substantial earnings. With the withdrawal minimums, processing fees, and player complaints about account closures, MaxQuest should not be treated like an income source – but rather a form of entertainment.
If you’re highly skilled, lucky, and active in PvP matches, you may be able to cover your in-game expenses and even win the occasional small prize. But for the typical player, MaxQuest should be seen as an online game with bonus rewards – not a side business.
Play for enjoyment, and treat any real-money rewards as a bonus rather than a dependable way to make money.
How To Withdraw Cash From MaxQuest
To request a withdrawal, simply head to the cashier, choose “Withdraw,” and follow the on-screen instructions provided.
The minimum redemption amount in a single transaction is $10 USD. All redemptions must be made with crypto, with the following options currently available:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- PayPal USD (PYUSD)
- Tether USD (BSC) (USDTBSC)
- Tether USD (Ethereum) (USDTER20)
- Tether USD (Polygon) (USDTMATIC)
- Tether USD (TRC20) (USDTTRC20)
- Tether USD (Solana) (USDTSOL)
- USD Coin (Ethereum) (USDC)
- USD Coin (Binance Smart Chain) (USDCBSC)
- USD Coin (Polygon) (USDCMATIC)
- USD Coin (Solana) (USDCSOL)
- + Over a dozen other cryptocurrencies
How Do Cash Tournaments Work?
Cash tournaments are the foundations of MaxQuest and are cleverly created to prioritize skill over luck (although this isn’t always strictly true).
After entering a tournament, your buy-in will be entered into the prize pool along with the buy-ins of the other players. Depending on the game, the last person standing or the highest scorer will receive the entire prize pool of buy-ins (minus the 10% rake).
Entry methods
Players can enter tournaments at MaxQuest with either of the two virtual currencies:
- QuestCoins (QC): Used for free, fun play.
- MaxCoins (MC): Can be redeemed for real money rewards via crypto.
Deposits can be made exclusively via crypto with a list identical to that of the redemption options. Simply follow the onscreen instructions using the QR where necessary to complete a deposit.
Regional restrictions
In the US, players are not able to create an account and play in the following States:
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Montana
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
Players outside the U.S. may also face regional limitations.
MaxQuest Reviews
Independent reviews are vitally important for shaping the way that we view and look at any sweepstake casino platform.
What users are saying
I scoured the web, taking into account Trustpilot, Reddit, and casino blogs to find what real players think about the site.
What players tend to like:
- Easy to create an account and immediately get verified
- Innovative PvP-style shooter games – very different from typical social casinos
- Mobile-friendly and polished UX, especially on desktop
What players tend to dislike:
- Poor Trustpilot reviews with severe issues like account closures
- Limited game variety, no traditional slots or table games, and player matching issues
- Lack of a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android devices
I recommend trialling MaxQuest with the free QC offered upon sign-up before depositing at the site.
Best Alternatives to MaxQuest
If you enjoy the MaxQuest format but want to explore other options, here are a few solid alternatives:
App Name | Platform | Best For | Why Try It |
---|---|---|---|
Solitaire Smash | iOS only | Casual players who enjoy a luck/skill hybrid | Real, skill-based cash competitions |
Bingo Tour | iOS + Android | Players who enjoy fast-paced, skill-based bingo | Solid bonus, low entry point, smooth game play |
Bingo Cash | iOS only | Casual players who enjoy a luck/skill hybrid | Daily promos and very low entry fees |
Winzo | iOS + Android | Players who enjoy engaging tournaments and diverse play formats | Fair matchmaking against real players |
Should You Try MaxQuest?
If you’re looking for a casino experience that feels more like a first-person shooter than a slot machine, MaxQuest is worth trying out. Its PvP format is genuinely innovative within a genre that rarely changes, and the bonuses are generous enough to make your first few sessions exciting.
However, the “Poor” Trustpilot rating, crypto-only banking, and mixed reviews suggest this shouldn’t be considered a safe long-term platform for winnings. If you decide to try MaxQuest, do it for the novelty of the gameplay – not as a dependable way to cash out.
Go in with low financial expectations, stick to small bets until you’re familiar with the system, and view any prizes as a bonus rather than a goal. Played this way, MaxQuest can be a fun experiment in a very different kind of online gaming.
New players will receive 10,000 QC after verifying both their email address and mobile number.
This cannot be used to play real money games, nor can it be used for any form of redemption.
There are two main game categories available at MaxQuest: original and first-person style shooter games.
Original games include Crash (Max Blast Champions), Plinko (MultiPlinko), and Mines (Multi Mines). These offer a true player vs player experience.
First-person shooter games include Sector X, Dragon Stone, and Mission Amazon. These offer a “winner-take-all” format.
To verify your account, navigate to the KYC page section on the Account page and upload the required documents.
Deposits can be made via cryptocurrency only.
Yes, players can compete against friends in any of the games available at MaxQuest in a private room.
The MaxQuest Customer Support Team is available 24/7 via live chat, by using the contact form, or via email ([email protected]).
