DraftKings has expanded its loyalty program with Crown Cash, a rewards currency that can now be used across its online casino and sportsbook, as well as Jackpocket and Golden Nugget Online Gaming.
The rollout matters because it pushes DraftKings closer to a unified rewards system across more of its gambling and gaming products. The company said DraftKings Predictions does not yet support Crown Cash, but that integration is coming soon.
Crown Cash now spans more of DraftKings’ portfolio
According to DraftKings, Crown Cash is part of its broader DraftKings Rewards offering and will sit inside the company’s “Super App” strategy. The update does not change the existing rewards tiers, which remain Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Onyx.
DraftKings also said the refreshed loyalty system adds several customer benefits, including:

- Birthday Bonus
- Crown Cash Boosts
Shawn Henley, DraftKings’ chief customer officer, said the company is trying to make rewards more flexible and easier to use across its platforms.
“By pairing flexibility with personalised benefits and unforgettable experiences, we’re delivering a loyalty program that recognises customers in meaningful ways,” Henley said.
Henley also said:
“DraftKings Rewards and Crown Cash make it easier for customers to see and use the rewards they’ve earned across our platforms, bringing greater consistency and connection across DraftKings.”
What we still don’t know about DraftKings Crown Cash and Rewards
It is unclear when DraftKings Predictions will begin supporting Crown Cash. It has not been specified which jurisdictions will have access to the rewards currency or whether any redemption or wagering restrictions apply.
Those details will likely matter to customers trying to understand where Crown Cash can be earned and used across the DraftKings ecosystem.
The Crown Cash launch follows a period of increased focus on customer retention and engagement, coming after DraftKings reported a Q2 revenue decline.
Crown Cash is now available across DraftKings Sportsbook, DraftKings Casino, Jackpocket and Golden Nugget Online Gaming, creating a more unified rewards ecosystem. While key details regarding DraftKings Predictions integration and state-by-state availability remain unknown, the company says additional updates will follow as the rollout expands.
