A Hollywood Casino customer in Michigan was playing the Aristocrat slot on Sunday when the DropZone progressive jackpot hit. The bet on that spin was $1.06.
According to Hollywood Casino, that makes it the third-largest jackpot in Michigan online casino history and the fifth-largest in the U.S. It’s the operator’s second multimillion-dollar jackpot in a little over a month.
The first came on Aug. 30 in Pennsylvania, where a $5.10 wager on DropZone turned into $4,365,327.
What is the DropZone jackpot?
DropZone is Hollywood Casino’s own progressive jackpot. It grows from play across Hollywood Casino’s catalog of real money slots and other games, but only from players who have opted in.
