Lottery courier Jackpocket has announced the upcoming launch of its first live entertainment product in partnership with comedian and former HQ Trivia host Scott Rogowsky. He will serve as the executive producer and primary host of Jackpocket Live, scheduled for launch later this year. The game will feature other celebrity co-hosts and provide participants with daily opportunities to win real money.
Peter Sullivan, CEO and co-founder of Jackpocket, said he’s excited to partner with Rogowsky. He believes that the comedian’s expertise and creative input from his experience with HQ Trivia will help Jackpocket Live, and lottery fans will love the game.
He added that the company wants to be a trailblazer in the industry and for users to expect more games from Jackpocket. Meanwhile, Rogowsky said that fans would have fun while playing for a chance to win real money. He added:

The announcement is light on details about what the game will involve, but describes it as a “live draw game.” That suggests it will be more in keeping with Jackpocket’s core lottery product than a quiz show like HQ Trivia.
Jackpocket’s Among Most Popular Lottery Courier Services
Jackpocket is among the most popular lottery mobile courier services. Some states offer online lottery tickets and instant games through their websites. Meanwhile, many others use mobile courier services like Jackpocket. Lottery courier services are a legal and licensed way to purchase tickets through an app or desktop. Essentially, they buy tickets on players’ behalf.
Jackpocket is among the most popular couriers. The company launched in 2013 and is available in 16 states. Initially, Jackpocket was available only through an app, but it launched a desktop version in March. Since Jackpocket’s launch, users have won almost $300 million in lottery prizes through its service.
But while it’s establishing itself as a leader in courier services, that could be just the beginning for Jackpocket. The company plans an online casino in New Jersey and other games in the future.
Jackpocket Online Casino, Other New Products Coming Soon
Jackpocket expects that facilitating lottery sales through the internet will remain its core business. However, the company is still looking to diversify. In addition to its plans for Jackpocket Live, it is pushing towards an online casino launch in New Jersey in partnership with Caesars Interactive Entertainment.
On April 28, Jackpocket received regulatory approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). While a significant step, Jackpocket has some work to do before getting a license to launch. The DGE approval document states that Jackpocket and Caesars require additional technical and licensing approval to achieve any other part of the agreement.
While Jackpocket is working on its online casino, more games could be coming. In 2022, the company’s Chief of Staff, Caitlin Stojanovich, told Bonus that the company wants to build the “mall” of mobile real money gaming.
She added that Jackpocket’s goal is for users to switch between the company’s products, including sweeps, slots, bingo, social games, sports lotteries, and other experiences. Jackpocket also plans to engage younger, tech-savvy users with compelling features.
Teaming up with Rogowsky to launch Jackpocket Live could be one of the first steps in that direction.
