As slots influencer Brian Christopher‘s company BC Ventures puts it on LinkedIn, he’s the “first-ever gaming content creator to make the leap outside social media platforms. (Yep, our mind is blown).” That’s because, in 2025, the Brian Christopher Show will debut on SportsGrid‘s upcoming Casino & Gambling Network (CGN).
In SportsGrid’s Sept. 9 press release, Christopher said of the show:
It will be a go-to place for casino lovers of all kinds, featuring big bets, travels, and behind-the-scenes fun like never seen before.
Based on Christopher’s statistics of 1 billion video views across his social media accounts, that “never seen before” promise is a big one. However, the Palm Springs, Calif.-based influencer’s reach and content portfolio does seem to keep growing.
His YouTube channel, Brian Christopher Slots, has 696,000 subscribers. Across all of his accounts and social media platforms — including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Kick — 8 million viewers see his content.
In July 2022, Brian Christopher’s Pop’N Pays More, a game he helped design with slot manufacturer Gaming Arts, debuted on land-based casino floors. In July 2023, it launched online — on the social casino site, Chumba Casino.
On June 19, he became a BetMGM Casino brand ambassador.
So SportsGrid hopes to be soon known as the “Gambling Channel,” according to its announcement.
‘Brian Christopher Show’ on CGN
SportsGrid, a New York-based multimedia content and technology company, is mainly known for its live sports betting coverage.
The partnership with Christopher represents the company’s effort to add “high-quality casino content.”
Once Christopher’s “dedicated segment” appears on CGN in 2025, fans of the slots influencer will also find the show’s editorial and video content on SportsGrid and Flip the Switch (FtS). FtS is Christopher’s online gambling publication.
On Sept. 9, Mike Cardano — SportsGrid’s vice president of operations — posted on X about the partnership with Christopher:
We’ve come a long way from having black fingers from dirty quarters and being excited about pulling a slot machine lever while hoping for a line of cherries.
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce our multi-media content partnership by welcoming @BCSlots and BC Ventures to the @SportsGrid Network.
Brian Christopher’s Journey to Celebrity Status
Originally from Burlington, a city south of Toronto, Christopher wasn’t always a slots influencer. When he met his husband 20 years ago in London, Ontario, he was an actor living with his sister so he could save enough money to travel throughout Europe.
Since then, Brian Christopher — AKA, Brian Granillo, according to IMDb — married Marco Bianchi. Christopher’s resume ultimately included acting, nannying, and managing a Parisian bar, according to FtS and LinkedIn.
However, playing slots made him a celebrity.
In 2016, Christopher stopped acting. That’s also when he and Bianchi co-founded BC Ventures and moved from Los Angeles to Palm Springs.
Watching one of his most popular pieces of content on Brian Christopher Slots, a January 2018 video with nearly 3.8 million views, Christopher treats slot play as entertainment.
In the video, Christopher plays Aristocrat Gaming‘s land-based Lightning Link slot while saying things like:
Come on, baby. Line it up. Let’s see that delicious, delicious bonus.
His content always contains responsible gambling messages like this one in the video description:
I promote educational and responsibly fun gambling as I travel the globe teaching you about slot machines and casinos. Watch me as I play slots between $1 and $100 a spin!
For his next career move, he’s scheduled to appear in 2025 on CGN — as he says on LinkedIn — on “a TV Screen near you!”
