Evolution announced a collaboration with Caesars Digital in Pennsylvania to bring Evolution’s live casino games to Tropicana Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook and Casino. The partnership will also bring more slot titles to Tropicana and Caesars from Evolution subsidiaries, including NetEnt and Red Tiger.
Evolution’s live dealer games are now available on Tropicana and Caesars online casinos. Pennsylvania gamblers can play titles like:
- American and European Roulette
- Classic and Infinite Blackjack
- Baccarat
- Craps
- Ultimate Texas Hold’Em
- Three Card Poker
As part of the partnership, Evolution (Evolution AB (publ) 4,58 +4,09%) also expects to launch its First Person games later this year. First Person games are 3D animated versions of Evolution’s live games that use a random number generator.
Jeff Millar, Evolution’s chief commercial officer, and Matthew Sunderland, senior vice president of iGaming at Caesars Digital, expressed excitement about extending the companies’ relationship.
The company leaders say this news marks the latest move in their quest to expand their presence in the US.
For Evolution, Pennsylvania is one of its largest live dealer studios in the nation. Several branded studios inhabit the space, as well as unbranded tables. West Virginia gamblers also see live streams from the Philadelphia facility.
Caesars Digital Has Had a Busy 2023
At the start of 2023, Caesars Casino was falling behind rivals like BetMGM Casino and DraftKings Casino in the number of games it offered. But the company has made several deals to fix that.
Caesars started the year with deals to offer games by Konami, Everi, and PlayAGS. In March, Caesars announced an agreement with Anaxi, the online real money division of Aristocrat Leisure. Aristocrat is known for some of the most popular brick-and-mortar casino slots, like the Buffalo franchise, Timberwolf, and Miss Kitty. Aristocrat also signed a deal with the NFL to create branded slots. The company expects to launch the slots before the start of the NFL season in September. Caesars Casino PA also partnered with White Hat Gaming at the end of March. White Hat develops many interactive pop culture slots like The Goonies, Ted, Sausage Party, and Beavis and Butthead.
Caesars Casino also rebranded to Tropicana in Pennsylvania and New Jersey between April and May. Caesars Digital also plans to launch a standalone casino app in the summer in an effort to improve player experience.
If the second half of 2023 is anything like the first, Caesars and Tropicana Casino will have many more games in their portfolios. That will allow them to compete better with other operators.
Evolution Has Grown Its Presence In the US
While Evolution online casino live dealer games will be a new offering at Caesars and Tropicana in Pennsylvania, other operators have offered them since last year. The Keystone State was the first to launch Evolution’s live dealer games in August 2022. New Jersey and West Virginia launches followed later that year.
After a quiet start to 2023, Evolution recently announced a couple of deals. The company extended its partnership with Galaxy Gaming in May. With the new agreement, Evolution will continue offering Galaxy’s side bets. It’s also expected that some of Galaxy’s unique games, like Double Ball Roulette, will come to the US. Just a week later, Evolution launched live dealer games in Michigan. That marked the fourth US state to offer the games.
US online players should expect more Evolution games from abroad to be available in 2023. Evolution’s North American CEO, Jacob Claesson, told Bonus that the company is planning to launch its game show titles, which have been widely successful in Europe.
