Rush Street Interactive, the company behind the BetRivers and SugarHouse online gaming and sports betting brands, recently purchased Run It Once Poker. The purchase sparked talk of an eventual BetRivers Poker presence in states that allow it. Run It Once will integrate its poker software into BetRivers in legal online poker markets. 

Right now, there isn’t much information available about BetRivers poker or how Run It Once will change as it becomes part of the Rush Street family of apps. On this page, we’ll cover what we do know and speculate a bit on what you can expect from BetRivers Poker. 

BetRivers Poker Bonus Code For December 2024

Rush Street announced its purchase of Run It Once Poker in March 2022. Since then, there haven’t been many details released. At the time of this writing, there isn’t a bonus code available for BetRivers Poker (or whatever the eventual brand will be called). Instead, here’s a look at the BetRivers Casino bonus code, which you can claim in a handful of states. 

You can play some poker games at the BetRivers online casino, so this bonus is a great way to get prepared for an eventual full-fledged BetRivers Poker launch.

BetRivers Poker Bonus Codes For December 2024

We don’t have any BetRivers Poker bonuses to share at this time. It could be multiple months before Rush Street Interactive and Run It Once Poker are able to integrate and release their joint poker product. Even then, it’ll require licensing and regulatory hurdles to be overcome. 

Once BetRivers launches its official Poker app, we’ll update this page with relevant bonus offers and details.

Poker sites tend to offer rotating deals for existing players, and we don’t expect BetRivers to be any different.  

We checked Run It Once’s website to search for current promotions, but the page was blank at the time of writing. Run It Once stopped operations on Jan. 3, 2022, and it likely won’t spring up again until BetRivers integrates its tech into the RSI platforms. 

How Do I Get the BetRivers Poker Bonus Code Offer?

Well, right now, you can’t get it! Run It Once Poker will eventually become part of the BetRivers ecosystem, but the timeline for that full integration remains unclear. 

When Run It Once becomes part of the BetRivers platform, it’ll almost certainly offer a bonus for new players who create an account and start playing. The jury’s out on what the bonus will look like. It could give players a deposit match, a refund after a certain playing period, some bonus credits to play with, or something else.

Payments at BetRivers Poker

Even something as simple as funding your account is hard to predict when we have precious few details about the app in question. 

Run It Once poker offers a slew of deposit options, including:

• Credit/Debit (VISA/MasterCard)
• Skrill
• Neteller
• Online Banking via Trustly
• EcoPayz
• AstroPay
• MuchBetter
• Paysafecard

Overall, that’s an impressive array of payment options. However, it’s not quite in line with the options available at most online poker sites. 

Rush Street Interactive might retain some or most of these options, but it’s safe to expect a few to drop off and other options to take their place. PayPal and ACH eCheck are two of the most common deposit and withdrawal methods at legal online gambling sites. BetRivers Poker is a likely contender to add those two methods to its list, even if a few of the ones above go away. 

It’s a similar story in the withdrawals camp. We expect a handful of the methods above to go away when Run It Once becomes BetRivers Poker or a related brand. In their place, expect other streamlined methods you can use to cash out any winnings you’re lucky enough to earn. 

Types of Poker Games at BetRivers Poker

Run It Once Poker includes two different games you can play: Texas Hold’em and Omaha. The two games are very similar with a few differences. 

In Texas Hold’em, you’re dealt two cards and five community cards (you need to bet so see the community cards, though). You must form the highest possible hand using your two cards and/or three of the community cards. The highest hand wins the pot. 

In Omaha, you’re dealt four cards, and you must use exactly two of them to form your five-card hand with the community cards. Omaha also imposes pot limits, meaning you can bet the current big blind up to the current value of the pot. Texas Hold’em, on the other hand, usually is played with no betting limits. 

It’s likely both of these game types will be on offer when Run It Once launches under the BetRivers brand umbrella. It’s also possible the site could eventually include other poker variants in its library. 

When BetRivers Poker launches, you’ll likely be able to use whatever bonus the site grants to play either of these games or any of the others in its library. 

What Poker Network is BetRivers On?

This remains to be determined. Online poker sites tend to share networks so players can compete with one another from different states and/or sites. For example, WSOP and 888Poker share the All-American Poker Network, alongside interstate play in New Jersey, Delaware, and Nevada. PokerStars, on the other hand, is on its own network and doesn’t pool players with other states. 

It would be to BetRivers’ advantage to join an interstate poker network, but it’s not as simple as just doing it. There are legal and regulatory processes to consider. Chances are, BetRivers Poker will launch on its own network and later join forces with another to increase the size of its player pool. 

BetRivers Poker Rewards Program

Run It Once Poker had its own rewards program when it was operational. As of now, it’s safe to assume it’ll become part of the iRush rewards program when BetRivers Poker launches. 

iRush rewards allows players to earn credits and earn perks and prizes. Faster withdrawals, cool swag, bonus store access, and special offers are all on the table. High rollers can earn even bigger prizes. 

We’ll see how Run It Once ladders into the iRush program, but we expect the integration to be smooth and seamless, making it easy for players to earn rewards while playing online poker. 

BetRivers Poker Vs. Other Online Poker Sites

BetRivers is gearing up to enter a relatively new space. States have been slower to legalize online poker than they have with sports betting or online casino gaming. A launch this year or even next year would still qualify BetRivers as a relatively early adopter. Here’s a list of the current online poker sites that are live in legal markets. 

Though the markets above aren’t super crowded, the sites available come from some of the biggest names in online gambling. BetRivers will have to do a lot of heavy lifting to build an audience and get players engaged. Rush Street Interactive is no doubt up to the task, considering its track record of successful sports betting and online casino launches in recent years.
