Caesars Palace Online Casino now has a flagship slot to cap off its strategy of investing in bespoke games featuring Caesars brands. The new Caesars Palace Slot is named after the app itself and Caesars’ longstanding resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The latest exclusive slot comes from European developer 4ThePlayer in collaboration with Caesars.

The slot is now available to Caesars Palace Casino players in New Jersey, Ontario, and Michigan. Players in Pennsylvania will see it appear soon, pending regulatory approval. It features the Caesars Palace Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas as a background and other brand elements.

Caesars began its foray into bespoke content last year. Many of those first efforts, like Caesars Cleopatra, were just rebrandings of classic games with little change to the underlying mechanics.

Similarly, the gameplay for the Caesars Palace slot appears similar or identical to 4ThePlayer’s hit 1K Yeti. The game’s URL appears to confirm that it is a reskin, calling it “1kyeti-caesars.” However, the game’s audio-visual overhaul is much more thorough than previous games, so it will feel like a whole new experience for many players.

Henry McLean, Co-founder and Commercial & Marketing Director at 4ThePlayer, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership and what the game will bring to Caesars players:

We are excited to bring the essence of Las Vegas’s most iconic casino into the digital realm with ‘Caesars Palace.’ This game is not just about the glamor of its namesake but also about delivering exciting entertainment and big win potential. With innovative features like the Caesar Rush Bonus coupled with the classic appeal of stacked Wilds, players can experience the thrill of Vegas wherever they are.

Ricardo Cornejo Rivas, Vice President of Online Gaming at Caesars Digital, emphasized the company’s commitment to bringing custom games with engaging features, a promise Caesars Palace Casino has made to its players.

Caesars Has Found Success With Bespoke Products

The collaboration with 4ThePlayer marks the latest addition to Caesars Palace’s branded games.

In less than a year, that collection has grown to encompass enough content to warrant its own category, featured right at the top of the Caesars Palace lobby. The Caesars Palace exclusives category now comprises:

  • Caesars Palace
  • Caesars Palace Megaways
  • Caesars Cleopatra
  • Caesars Fortune
  • Caesars Emperors Gold
  • Caesars Palace Garden of the Gods
  • Caesars Palace Frenzy
  • Caesars Palace Riches LuckyTap
  • Caesars Palace Slingo
  • Caesars Palace first-person and live dealer blackjack

In addition, outside this category, the casino has created the bespoke Lady Luck Casino Egyptian Magic in partnership with Bragg Gaming to promote its Lady Luck retail brand. Moreover, last fall, Caesars Palace announced a partnership with Inspired Entertainment to introduce bespoke hybrid dealer games. Once they go live, they will combine pre-recorded footage of real dealers with digitally randomized results.

Based on the rate at which it’s adding new games, Caesars must see the custom-branded content as a winning strategy. Revenue data in Michigan tends to support that notion. In July 2023, the month before it introduced that first bespoke Cleopatra slot, it was in sixth place out of 15 operators in Michigan, with 4.5% of the market. One year later, in July 2024, Caesars Palace had increased its market share to 6.3% and moved one spot to fifth. It’s not too far behind number four, BetRivers Casino, with 6.8%. Claiming that spot would be a worthy goal, as the top three are locked down by BetMGM, FanDuel, and DraftKings, which hold more than 70% of the market between themselves.

How Does Caesars Palace Slot Work?

The bespoke Caesars Palace slot has proven mechanics and all-new audio-visual design. The Caesars Palace Slot has a 5×4 reel grid with 40 paylines and a maximum prize of 1,000x the wager. Thematically, it features the Caesars Palace Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas in the background and high-pay symbols that include the Roman Coliseum and Forum, Cleopatra, and a gladiator. Emperor Caesar himself serves as the wild.

The game’s paytable and mechanics are all based on those for 1K Yeti. It offers an RTP of 95% and low volatility, meaning that wins are frequent but smaller on average than they would be in a high-volatility game. Bet size ranges from $0.20 to a maximum of $100 per spin.

The game’s standout feature is the sheer number of Wild symbols that appear, often covering entire reels. That’s what creates the low volatility, making it easy to get winning combinations. Filling the whole screen with Wilds awards the maximum prize of 1,000 times the wager.

Three or more Scatter symbols trigger the free spins bonus with “walking wilds.” During the first free spin, a Stacked Caesars Wild (full-column wild) appears on the last reel. With each spin, it moves one reel to the left until it leaves the screen. There is also a chance to re-trigger the bonus. If the player earns more than five free spins, the Stacked Caesars Wild moves back to reel five and begins again after leaving the left side of the screen.
